Meet Our Management Team
Ken Klunder
General Manager
Ken is the General Manager of Arjae HVAC and Mechanical Services. He has over 30 years in the HVAC industry including time spent as an installer, moving quickly to service technician and then into service management. In 2004, Ken joined Arjae as the service manager. In that same year, he and a business associate invented and patented a new kind of boom lift to accommodate a tricky unit install. Ken soon began taking on additional responsibilities at Arjae, as the company transformed from primarily sheet metal fabrication to a full service HVAC fabrication, installation and service organization. In October of 2010, Ken purchased Arjae. He continued to build a strong team and a cooperative working environment which is reflected in outstanding customer service and high-quality work. Ken was excited to join the Coolsys family in 2019 as Arjae continues to expand in the Great Portland Metro area.
