We have been fabricating sheet metal since Arjae’s conception in 1986 with the goal of supplying a quality product at a fair price in a timely manner.

Our 25,000 square foot custom manufacturing plant is equipped with all the necessary tools to fulfill all of your sheet metal needs and more.

Capabilities

• We are not limited by the size of the job and offer single fitting jobs in addition to large commercial and industrial jobs.
• We fabricate spiral pipe, rectangular duct, and all associated fittings.
• Our shop is equipped with the latest in technology, including an IOWA Precision Product line.
• Our high performance Silver Eagle V Plasma cutting system is computer programmed with capabilities of cutting up to 1/2 and our Spiro Automated Tubeformer 700 and Lockformer TDC Machine assure the highest quality products.
• Our sheet metal products are built to your job specifications and meet both SMACNA and ASHRAE standards.

Products

• Spiral Pipe: Available from sizes 3″ and up. All gauges from 26-18 in stock including PCD, aluminum and galvanized. Our stainless is available in 26-22 gauge.
• Clam Shell: 90s and 45s. All sizes from 4″ to 12″ in stock.
• Blast Gates: all sizes available from 3″ to 12″ in stock.
• Angle Rings: 3″ to 48″ in stock.
