As one of our most valued customers, we wanted you to be the first to know that Arjae will be undergoing an exciting brand transformation and will be officially changing its name to CoolSys Commercial & Industrial Solutions, Inc.

Our rebranding was first inspired when we were acquired by CoolSys in January 2019 and will help bring together our growing family of businesses under one corporate umbrella. It represents our shared long-term vision to improve the customer experience by providing a seamless, end-to-end solution for all your HVACR, engineering, installation, service and maintenance, and energy optimization needs.

While there will be changes to our logo and name, please rest assured that not much else is changing. You will continue to receive the same great service and work with the same hardworking, dependable and customer-focused team members. Our team will respond to your needs with the same, if not better, level of excellence and professionalism, and will deliver an improved customer experience with access to CoolSys’ full range of services.

Our name change will become effective January 1, 2021. Be on the lookout for additional communication with more details including our new tax identification number. You’ll start to see our new name on our office building and correspondence. Over time on our service vans and technician uniforms as well. We have a new website slated to launch in January 2021 and the Arjae team will move to a CoolSys email address in the coming months. Full-scale roll-out of our new CoolSys brand will take place in phases over 12-to-24 months.

Rest assured that as CoolSys, we will continue to deliver trusted, local service, backed by the resources and peace of mind that comes with partnering with a strong national brand.
